Following a two-hour drive, you will reach the enchanting Ushaiqer heritage village. This village stands as a vibrant embodiment of Najdi architecture, representing the central plateau of Saudi Arabia.
Ushaiqer, with a history spanning over a millennium, served as a crucial rest stop for pilgrims traveling from regions now known as Kuwait and Iraq to fulfill their Hajj or Umrah pilgrimage in Makkah.
Once there, you’ll have the chance to wander through its narrow alleyways, winding between graceful traditional residences, grand palaces, and ancient mosques. Additionally, you’ll have the privilege of exploring a private collection of historical antiques housed within a splendid old mansion in the village.
